I’d just like to pass on a message about some excellent customer service which Darin Abraham has provided for an order for some spare BACS vacuum parts. We needed to get the parts quickly for site on Barrow Island, and Darin was able to arrange a special delivery from the US. Our third party supplier for the parts let things slip on a number of occasions throughout this order, but Darin exceeded all expectations and kept us in the loop so we were able to follow up the supplier to keep the order on track. Darin has been truly amazing with his help for our order.
