Product Description

Metallised shielding bags have a metal film embedded into the bag film. This metal film acts as an electrical shield against electrical discharges from the outside of the bag. The metallised layer is close to the surface for low resistance readings and will dissipate a 5,000 volt static charge to zero in 0.01 sec. Metallised bags have a unique abrasion resistance outer layer to prevent scratching the metallic layer. Available in regular shielding bags and zip-lock bags. Both varieties of bags are re-useable.
