Casual Technical Cleaners - WA & QLD
ACTIVITY |
1. Arrive at the site at the appointed time with your white card, photo ID and full PPE gear. |
2. Attend tool box talks. |
3. Follow directions from your BACS Supervisor and work as a team member. |
4. Ask questions when you do not understand something. |
5. Communicate any safety hazards or equipment issues to your BACS Supervisor. |
6. Make sure you are following all safety precautions and site security requirements. |
7. Perform allocated BACS cleaning tasks correctly every time, maintaining quality throughout the service. |
8. Work with the team to complete cleaning tasks within the allocated time. |
9. Work with your BACS Supervisor to continuously improve service delivery. |
10. Maintain yourself and the equipment in a clean and professional manner. |
Attributes
Successful applicant will have
- reliability, honesty and flexibility
- basic verbal and written English skills
- ability to precisely follow instructions
- own transport to worksite
- ability to perform occasional after-hours services
- WHS awareness at all cleaning sites
- commercial cleaning experience, ideally
- EWP and working at heights certificates, ideally
Training
Casual Technical Cleaners will
- receive training in BACS technical cleaning methods on the job.
- have potential opportunities for further training, both in-house and externally.
