Yes! It's going ahead. After 3 rounds of postponement, we are pleased to announce that DCNC 2022 Charity Event will go ahead on 27th October 2022.

The event for data centre professionals will be co-hosted by STULZ Oceania and BACS Contamination Control in aid of two amazing charities "Australian Seniors Computer Clubs Association" and "Black Dog Institute".

This exclusive ticket-only event will take place for the 3rd time at the iconic waterfront Dockside venue. Situated above Cockle Bay Wharf and only a moment’s walk to the CBD, Dockside is Sydney's most prestigious event venue for intimate events. Dockside offers panoramic uninterrupted views over Cockle Bay and Darling Harbour and an abundance of natural light through its floor to ceiling windows.

DCNC 2022 Charity Event Postponed to October

DCNC or Data Centre Networking Club is an opportunity to bring everyone in the data centre industry together, in a relaxed environment, steering away from the traditional ‘trade-show’ style format to make valuable connections with no pressure to sell. Imagine 3-4 hours of networking with your industry peers! The first of its kind in Australia, DCNC provides an excellent chance to meet with new and existing clients and service providers. The key difference is that it's about meeting peers and other professionals to swap notes, to laugh with – sharing challenges and successes, in a room with many different co-location, enterprise, wholesale and managed service data centre providers.

In 2018, the inaugural DCNC event was held at the spectacular Palais Room at Luna Park. Through the generosity of platinum founding sponsor STULZ and charity founding sponsors Nilsen, PiTek, Grosvenor Engieering Group,Eziblank - IDC Solutions and Logical Building Automation, DCNC was able to donate to "The Smith Family" and "Australia Seniors Computer Clubs Association".

In 2019, BACS and Grosvenor Engineering Group joined forces as co-hosts. Platinum sponsor STULZ and charity sponsor PiTek came on-board again with newcomers Icon Co, Shred-X and DCD Group. We had 162 attendees representing 66 organisations. That’s 30% more people and 10 new companies participating compared to 2018. We are expecting bigger numbers and overseas participation at DCNC 2022!

There is still the opportunity to be a platinum or charity sponsor for the event. The event will include drinks and canapes and a Q&A panel of industry leaders, with a stunning backdrop of the Darling Harbour and Sydney City.
