Anna celebrates 20 years with BACS

Anna Parisi, BACS Melbourne Office Manager, started working at BACS on 7 Dec 1999. She’s the third BACS Melburnian to achieve the 20 year milestone along with Peter O’Meara, Victorian Senior Service Supervisor, and Cheryl Steele, a retired Area Manager.

Anna is responsible for organising and ensuring that technical staff and resources are allocated to BACS services nationally. On average she and her team will schedule over 1,000 hours of work each week!  Anna says that one of the most challenging tasks she has done was entering more than 200 service orders into a customer portal in two days.

In her spare time, Anna loves to watch AFL and is an avid supporter of Fremantle. She also loves spending time with her many nieces and nephews.

She is perhaps best described by those with whom she works every day:

“Anna is one of the linchpins that keeps BACS running.” – Peter O’Meara, Victorian Senior Service Supervisor

“Anna is a walking BACS encyclopedia and puts in 150%. She is always so organised, helpful, caring and considerate.” – Mandy Paleologou, Service Coordinator

“Anna’s wealth of knowledge is second to none and without her, I would have taken much longer to settle into my role.” – Martin Knight, Area Manager

“Anna owns her job. She’s always dependable, very dedicated and a great asset to BACS over the last 20 years.” – Bob Allan, Managing Director

“Anna is absolutely invaluable.” – Mark Jepsen, BACS National Service Manager

Congratulations Anna! We appreciate all your hard work.
