Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

All returns are handled and approved on a case by case basis. Please call 1300 732 227 or email products@bacs.com.au to request a return, refund or exchange. Alternatively you can fill in this form.

The product must be in its original unused condition and where applicable, has not reached a use-by date to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the product within a reasonable time and include a copy of the invoice/order or other proof of purchase.

Defective products will be exchanged if stock is available.

After approval for return, refund or exchange, ship product to:

Products lost in return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged.

Exceptions

The integrity and usefulness of some products are compromised when the packaging is opened. For this reason, these products, once opened, will not be accepted for return and refund. If in doubt, call 1300 732 227 or email products@bacs.com.au. Alternatively you can fill in the return, refund and exchange enquiry form.

Cost

BACS will refund the shipping cost (original and return) if the product is defective or BACS sent you the incorrect product.

If the product to be returned was correctly delivered and it is not defective:

  1. Original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
  2. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  3. A 20% restocking fee is charged which will be deducted from your refund.
