Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

All returns are handled and approved on a case-by-case basis. Please call 1800 687 179 or fill in this form.

The product must be in its original unused condition and where applicable, has not reached a use-by date to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns are within 30 days of purchase or a reasonable time if agreed with the product manager. Include a copy of the invoice/order or other proof of purchase. All orders between 18 Dec - 14 Jan has an extended return day of 45 days.

Defective products will be exchanged if stock is available.

After approval for return, refund or exchange, ship product to:

Products lost in return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged.


The integrity and usefulness of some products are compromised when the packaging is opened. For this reason, these products, once opened, will not be accepted for return and refund. If in doubt, call 1800 687 179 or fill in the return, refund and exchange enquiry form.


BACS will refund the shipping cost (original and return) if the product is defective or BACS sent you the incorrect product.

If the product to be returned was correctly delivered and it is not defective:

  1. Original shipping cost cannot be refunded.
  2. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  3. A 20% restocking fee is charged which will be deducted from your refund.
