Shipping Policy

Australia and New Zealand

After BACS process your payment, your order will be dispatched within one working day. Customers with a BACS account will pay according to agreed credit terms.

We ship to any street address in Australia and New Zealand, however, we do not ship to PO boxes as proof of delivery is required.

For shipping within Australia, we use Fastway Couriers. A tracking number will be provided on request which can be used to track your order on the Fastway website using this link. For a quick overview of Fastway prices and delivery time, click on this link.

We use Australia Post to ship to buyers with a residential address in Australia. A signature is required on delivery of goods whether it is delivered directly to your address or collected from your local Post Office.

New Zealand customers may choose to ship with a company that they have an account with or BACS will ship by Australia Post airmail by default.
