November 2014 - Brian Neroy joins BACS as National Service Manager

BACS Contamination Control has named Brian Neroy as the new National Service Manager. As part of the senior management team, Brian is responsible for directing the BACS network of technical cleaners across Australia. His role is a pivotal part of ensuring that all BACS services are “Done Right, On Time, Every Time”. Drawing upon over 12 years of experience as a service manager, his top priority will be to optimise competency-based training programmes for all service delivery staff. Brian is based at the BACS Chatswood NSW head office, but will travel nationally on a regular basis. He has already met the team in Melbourne and plans additional trips during the upcoming weeks.

Brian joins BACS after previously acting as national service manager of a medium-sized medical equipment company where he was directly involved in all quality processes and TGA representation. With an advanced diploma in electronics from the Institute of Engineers Australia, Brian has also completed several programming and networking courses. His self-development includes studying Successful Project Management at NMIT in Melbourne and obtaining his electrical license from TAFE Melbourne. We look forward to working with Brian as he applies his diverse background in healthcare and IT to maximise the efficiency of BACS operating systems and provide best-value technical cleaning services.
