Texwipe's CleanFoam Swab Series is constructed from the highest quality 100 ppi polyurethane foam. Complete thermal bond construction eliminates adhesive contamination.

Cleanroom processed, providing low levels of nonvolatile residues (NVRs) and ions, and made to exacting and consistent tolerances using high-precision automated processes. Lot coded for traceability and quality control. Packaged in a silicone-free and amide-free bag.

• Flexible nylon head paddles (TX709A & TX710A) & rigid polypropylene head paddle (TX712A)
• Durable 100 ppi closed-cell CleanFoam® polyurethane foam
• Cleanroom-processed for low levels of residue and particles/fibres
• Thermal and epoxy head seal (TX709A & TX710A) & thermal only head seal (TX712A)
• Soft, absorbent and nonabrasive heads
• Round chemically-resistant polypropylene handle for good control and ease of use

Texwipe AlphaWipe Wipers

Texwipe's cut-edge knit wipers are ideally suited for cleaning and wiping applications. These wipers are cut, laundered and cleanroom packaged to provide low particle, fibre, non-volatile residue and ionic levels. Their superior strength allows for rigorous wiping with minimal fibre release.

• Constructed from 100% polyester creating a high absorbency wiper ideal for spill control, cleaning, and solution application.
• Cleanroom laundered and packaged providing ultra low levels of ions and non volatile residues.
