Synthetic Cut-Edge Wipers

ISO Class 5-6

Texwipe's cut-edge knit wipers are ideally suited for cleaning and wiping applications in ISO Class 5 and 6 cleanroom environments. These wipers are cut, laundered and cleanroom packaged to provide low particle, fibre, non-volatile residue and ionic levels. Their superior strength allows for rigorous wiping with minimal fibre release.

  Premium cut-edge, all-purpose polyester knit wipers are suitable for a range of critical environments.

• MiracleWipe®

  Cut-edge, double-knit nylon wipers exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, elasticity and durability.

Blended Nonwoven Wipers

ISO Class 6-7

Texwipe offers general purpose TechniCloth® and BlueWipe® wipers for cleaning and spill control in ISO Class 6 and 7 cleanrooms, gowning areas, isolators, anterooms and buffer areas. Dry wipers will completely dry a surface and leave no film layer. Pre-wetted wipers can dispense a film of the desired solvent, disinfectant or other surface treatment.

• TechniCloth®

  Wipers made from 55% cellulose / 45% polyester hydroentangled fibres offer low levels of releasable ions and non-volatile contaminants, contain no chemical binders and tolerate most standard solvents.

• BlueWipe®

  55% cellulose / 45% polyester wipers indicate the presence of liquids by changing colour from light to dark blue and are used for general wiping and spill control in less critical environments.

Specialty Wipers

ISO Class 6-8
