BACS has been servicing the technical cleaning needs of Australia’s largest technology companies nationwide for 40 years. With work all across the Greater Metropolitan areas, we specialise in providing cleaning services to high-tech and critical environments, including computer and pharmaceutical industries.
We require an experienced, motivated full-time person who can work independently and when required supervise others including sub-contractors on the job. BACS is an equal opportunity employer.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate
- Australian citizenship
- Ability to pass high-level security clearance
- Pride in your work
- Current Australian drivers licence
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Exceptional client relations skills
- A successful work experience
- OHS awareness on cleaning jobs
- Cleaning supervisory experience
- At least 2-3 years cleaning industry experience
- Certificate III or IV in Asset Maintenance would be viewed favourably.
You will be required to attend multiple jobs per day in the CBD, metropolitan and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to regional and interstate areas.
The successful candidate will be provided with the following;

- Fully equipped van/Mobile phone
