Sales Coordinator – Chatswood NSW

ACTIVITY
1. Work with National Sales Manager and Account Managers to achieve sales goals.
2. Administrate ACT database and sales file management.
3. Prepare quotes and provide information to customers regarding BACS products and services.
4. Follow up with customers on lapsed quotes.
5. Contact existing customers for service satisfaction review.
6. Canvas for opportunities for BACS Account Managers.
7. Chase purchase orders.
8. Assist with price reviews.
9. Establish new customers in BACS CRM system.
10. Issue and review contracts.

Attributes

Successful applicant will have

  • solid Microsoft Office skills (quote templates, pricing spreadsheets) required.
  • ability to use desktop publishing tools and MS Word mail merge functionality desired.
  • customer relationship management (CRM) database experience.
  • professional and friendly telephone manner (confident contacting potential and existing customers).
  • high attention to detail (accurately document sales activities, summarise account histories, generate reports).

Training

Sales Coordinator will

  • complete online data centre and cleanroom training modules.
  • accompany Account Managers on a few sales calls.
  • observer firsthand data centre and cleanroom cleaning services.
  • attend in-house and external training on BACS sales and operations CRM systems.

Meeting Schedule

Sales Coordinator will attend

  • 3x per week huddles and report on recent activities.
  • weekly sales meetings and report on recent activities.
  • fortnightly meetings with sales manager to discuss current and upcoming projects.
